About
I develop relationships with my clients and I'm not watching the clock during lessons. My clients have consistently made their respective all-star teams. I have a master's degree in Strength Training and Athletic Conditioning from OSU. I have worked as a collegiate and high school strength coach. I have competed in HS baseball, basketball and swimming, collegiate rowing, and competed regionally in triathlon (Central Ohio Triathlete of the Year 1986), nordic biathlon internationally, and have experience in ultra marathon cycling, adventure racing and marathons.
I coach HS baseball and baseball privately, and have students of mine playing collegiately. My expertise is in hitting and pitching mechanics.
I enjoying seeing my students grow physically, athletically and achieving their goals. My greatest joy is helping players get to play baseball past high school.
