How did you get started teaching?
As a kid, I coached kids on the playground.
I had brothers and older friends that didn't teach me so I helped other kids learn so they had someone. Connection, encouragement and support is what everyone needs on the court.
When I was 16 I was the assistant coach at my elementary. I went on the coach for 8 seasons.
I have been teaching youth my whole life.
