Jensen Caretti is the founder of JRAC Training LLC, bringing years of experience as a Division I (the Ohio State University) and professional basketball player (Europe, South America, Mexico) into skill development for today’s athletes in Ohio, from Columbus to the Ohio Valley. With a background in Strategic Communications and a Master’s in Entrepreneurship & Marketing, she blends education with elite-level playing and coaching knowledge.

Jensen’s passion is helping players grow both on and off the court—teaching fundamentals, confidence, and discipline.
