About
There is Liberation in Movement. iLuminating Legacies focus on building and rejuvenating from the inside out. Focuses on how we eat, think, and feel. iLuminating Legacies takes the holistic approach to life and in helping individuals reach their fullest potential. Through fitness.dance.yoga we have the opportunity to build deeper bonds not only with ourselves, as well as other individuals who are seeking a holistic way.
I have a 10 year dance background (ballet, jazz, afro caribbean) and Dance is my passion its a place I get to express myself when words are not enough. I have 4 years fitness training under my belt, so I am in tuned with the body and the movements of the body. Lastly, I am a certified yoga instructor.
Its always satisfying to help lead and guide individuals to a deeper part of themselves, and to help them reach results they may have thought unimaginable.
