About
Players work directly with me (a current minor league player). All Development strategies/techniques used are currently used or have been used by myself for continued development based on needs. I am also certified by multiple pitching agencies (Rapsodo Pitching Certified, SAVAGE Pitching Certified by Florida Baseball Ranch). I develop a plan of action to meet each player's individual needs. All aspects of the game are addressed: physical development, movement patterns, skill work, mental development/plan of attack based on position. I take a whole plan of attack that is geared to growth on/off the field.
I enjoy creating lasting connections with all players. Building these relationships is the best part about the game. It's also amazing to watch each player continue to grow/develop while taking steps to their goals. I enjoy helping each player reach their goals and go beyond them on/off the field.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Getting to know the student and their goals/needs. In addition also getting an idea of what the student thinks their strengths/weaknesses are. The first lesson is about gaining trust with the player and while working them through the adjustment period of new warm-up, skill work protocols, and recovery. I also use the first lesson as my time to gauge the players needs and help me develop an idea of where we need to go/what to work on over the course of a long term plan. Then the development of a long term plan starts. The plan is developed to make every aspect of the lesson count towards getting better. The warm ups are then focused on attacking the players movement/mobility needs, skill work is geared toward continued development of strengths while also attacking the athletes weaknesses/perceived weaknesses, and recovery is created to speed up the athletes bounce back following the lesson.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelor Degree in Kinesiology which is the study of how the body moves.

Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
If the athlete travels to me for the lesson the standard price is $50 per hour and $30 for 30 mins. In addition if the athlete wants to take advantage of my one time mechanical analysis option it is a $15 add on that increases the lesson time by 15 mins to film/discuss what I see and answer questions/concerns.
How did you get started teaching?
I began coaching high school players during the summer while I was still playing college. I enjoyed helping these players grow and develop in the summer while sharing my knowledge. So once I finished my college playing career I spent a season as a pitching coach in college while finishing my masters degree. From their I went on to play professional baseball and continued coaching youth to pro players. I have been coaching players of all ages since 2013. I have worked with players all over the world to further the growth on/off the field while developing elite throwing/swing patterns on the field to go with sound defense.
What types of students have you worked with?
I've worked with youth players from around 5 years old to professional players. I've worked with players from different playing backgrounds and experience. I've been working with players in the US, Europe, and China to continue their development.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Ask questions pertaining to your development process. Have an idea of your strengths/weaknesses and discuss with the instructor about what approach will be taken to move towards your goals. Be straight forward about what you're trying to accomplish as a player. Don't be afraid to ask questions about or why the drill or work is being done and how it helps you. Take a leadership role in your development. Be curious and hungry to learn/grow.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
How committed are you to reaching your goals?
What are your perceived strengths/weaknesses?
How much effort will you put forth to continue development?
Will you continue to work outside of the lessons?
Will you fully buy in to training being prescribed?
