About
Helping others achieve their goals has always been a passion of mine. I have been playing basketball since I was born. My dad was a hall of fame basketball coach in New Jersey and the love for the game just got passed on to me. Positive attitude and patience with my skills and knowledge is how I can take you to the level you want.
When I was young I lived in the gym trying to be the best player I can. I know what it takes to be a great player and enjoy everyday I get to teach it to others. Watching others succeed in the game I love is a prize in itself.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I like to have a talk with the player to see what they want to improve on and what their expectations are. Then we see where their skills are and develop a game plan to get them to the level they want. I track the progress to make sure we are staying on the right path and meeting expectations.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a hall of fame basketball coach as a dad who introduced me to the game I love. Played three years in high school and 1 year in college for Rutgers (Newark campus) university before injuring my back. While in high school I worked at a basketball camp with my high school coach for two years. I have recently been coaching my son and his team for the past 3 years.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
I charge $60 for 1hour sessions.
How did you get started teaching?
The love for the game has now been passed down to my son. He loves playing basketball, which led me to training him. Then I coached his basketball teams for three years and for three years other parents on the team wanted me to coach their kids. I'm finally taking their advice and hopefully passing the love of the game on.
What types of students have you worked with?
I recent have coached kids from the ages of 6-10 years old. But I have coached kids from ages 9-15 years old when I was in high school.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
To find a coach that best fits you and what you are trying to achieve.
