Wilhelmina McKittrick is the founder of the New Life Art & Wellness Center; a center where one can work on achieving a balance of body, mind and spirit in a setting where self-love and self-empowerment is one of the focus points and fuel. Wilhelmina also founded the Personal Acceleration Program; a series of classes to help reveal once strengths and allowed restrictions with as goal to embrace all of self and live life in a brighter and more self-aware state, where boxes are shattered and inner-freedom is embraced.
She works as a Life-Coach, Artist and Board-Certified Hypnotist through the National Guild of Hypnotists (NGH) and a Certified Transformational Hypnotist through the Eastburn Institute of Hypnosis. (Add Reiki certifications).
Since 1998, she became consciously aware of the guidance of higher levels, after the loss of her fiancé in a car accident. Through grieve she journeyed onwards, determined to recover and discover what needed to be done to embrace her true self. Many of those teachings she passed on through her books; "Xsist - for Reflection and Contemplation with your Inner-Self"- 2005, and "Self-Awareness – Rediscovering your Truth” -2010. Being a native Dutch, living in the U.S.A., working with people worldwide; The world is her playground.
She offers Transformational Hypnotherapy & Life Coaching sessions, Art Therapy, Paint Classes, Lectures and Classes that help expand your understanding of Self and Life. Meet with her in person and over the phone or Skype. Both individual as group sessions are facilitated.

Helping others embracing their own strength, true goals and endless opportunities through the achievement of a deeper self-awareness.
Breaking through the conditionings that maintaining self-doubt and fear, so one can break through self-created boundaries which has kept many within a vicious cycle that has not and is not allowing one to see and embrace one's true potential. Goal is to recognize the inner-imbalances, so one can let go of the outgrown and live life in a brighter light where love is the scepter and fuel. Within love; balance, joy and true potential is recognized and embraced.

From Soul to Canvas
My name is Wilhelmina McKittrick, and I am a self-taught artist. I started to draw when I was about 12 years old, and discovered my interest in creating what I was drawn to.
As I went through different experiences in my life, I changed, and my abilities changed with me. The times I got inspired, were and are linked to life experiences, universal change and lessons. The paintings carry the energy of those experiences, changes and lessons, and always have found their right place and home. Radiating the required energy, they help bring forward harmony, insight, peace and love.
I always have believed that everyone is an artist, in their own personal way. The only thing you should allow yourself, is the inner-trust, love and freedom, to create what is meant to be in that moment.
I was born and raised in The Netherlands, and moved to the USA in 2001, after a short stay in beautiful British Columbia, Canada. I am a mother, wife and explorer of life. I create on different levels and in different ways, guided by what is meant to be in the moment.
My passion lies in exploring the depth of existence.
Helping others on their journey of life exploration brings me joy and a drive fueled by the unconditional love for all that is.
