I am a teacher first and foremost with a passion for photography. I have a master's degree in education and teach full-time. I work primarily with adolescent students, and can also teach adults. I have been a photographer for a long time and have worked professionally in just about every discipline of photography. I am also skilled at developing and editing digital photographs. What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Get out and start shooting. I think the most important thing is to be actively shooting. As we shoot, we can talk about what kind of look you want to achieve, what interests you have, and how you want to improve.
How did you get started teaching?
I've been an educator for a long time and decided to combine my passion for photography with my skills as a teacher.
