What is your typical process for working with a new student?
When working with a new student, our goal is to keep things as simple and basic as possible. Our job is to get to know the student, their strengths and weaknesses, and know their goals. As we learn where they are at, and where they want to go, that helps us build a gameplan on how we can get there. It is not the coach's job to turn you into a direct replica of themself. It is the coach's job to transfrom you into the best version of yourself as possible. While some mechanics and fundamentals may look the same for all athletes in a given sport, others may look completely different. Our desire is to create a repeatable system of mechanics, that works for each indivicual player, to help him or her reache their desired goal.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All Replay Sports Coaches have played at the professional or collegiate level and have a combined coaching experience of over 15 years. Our coaches are actively coaching teams and still study the game so that we can give our students the best training possible.
