Luna )0( Belly Dance is the beginning of a new experience. Beginning belly dance focuses on posture, techinique, musicality and movement.
Classes range from Classic Egyptian style to American Tribal Fusion to Latin Belly Fusion.
Even if you have never stepped foot on a dance floor Luna )0( Belly Dance is the dance home you have been searching for.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been a perfoming belly dancer for 15 years and bellydance teacher for 8 years. O began with Shadia Dahlal and Belly Dance Academy of Tulsa. I was a troupe member of both the Tribal Roses and The purple Rose of Cairo. I have taken and contine to take classes with the amazing Isadora Hart. I have also attended workshops with top name belly dancers from David of Scandanavia, Zoe Jakes, Frank Farinarro, Princess Farhana and other amazing dancers.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
Classes are $10.00 per class or $35.00 a month. Private lessons are available by appointment and are $50.00 per hour. Semi-private classes also available by appointment. Cost for semi-private depends on attendance of class.
How did you get started teaching?
One of my teachers trained me to take her place when she left the studio. I have been teaching ever since.
What types of students have you worked with?
I work with all kind of students with different issues. Some have had surgery, habe arthritis, recent injury. I will work with anyone who is over 18 and is honest with me about their needs.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
On 8/19/17 my dancers debuted in their newest choreography and did it beautifully.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
You want a teacher who is serious, yet fun. One that will offer a variety of dance and music. One who is easy to talk to and one who will develop you as far as you want to go.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
Be honest. Be clear and consice and be open to any advice they give you.
