About
I teach fundamental principles of art, so that the works of my students are harmonious and beautiful. I pay attention to each student and help them to understand all aspects of art.
I love teaching children and adults. I am happy when they succeed enjoy what they do. We have a lot of fun together. I also have my own art I exhibit around town and every time a piece sells it inspires me to do more.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I ask them to draw something after an introduction and a short interview of what they like to learn. Then I encourage them to do some drawing exercises and warm up. At the end of the first class they have a decent finished piece of some simple subject matter.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I studied many years at Portland Community College and Pacific Northwest College of Art. Took many classes at Oregon Society of Artists and other private schools.
