About
Melanie Voytovich is a music educator and multi-instrumentalist new to Beaverton, OR. Melanie is moving from Seattle, WA where she performed with groups such as the Seattle Modern Orchestra, Seattle Rock Orchestra, Highline Theather, Seattle Musical Theather, and popular folk-rock artist Tobias the Owl.
Melanie is trained in a variety of musical styles including classical, rock, jazz, Broadway, popular music, and world percussion. She currently holds a Bachelors in Music Education from The Hartt School of Music, a Masters in Performance from SUNY Buffalo, and is completing her Doctorate in Performance from the University of Washington. She is currently teaching music full time in public schools and has over 15 years of private teaching experience.
