About
I was born in Brazil and always have played soccer. I played college and Pro at the club level in Brazil and the USA.
In 2003 after my graduation at University Federal de Vicosa, I moved to the USA to search for a better life and opportunities.
I have been a USSF Referee and Coach since 2005.
I really like private coaching; I feel it is very valuable to the client who enjoys and learns much more than if he/she was in a group. The coach has time to explain technique in greater detail and is not distracted from others players. The attention is always focused on the client.
I have been training athletes for the last 15 years.
I have trained people from all ages and backgrounds. Some really top Physical level and goals and others just average ambitions.
My goal is to provide the expertise so the client can take matter into his own hands and learn how get in shape and consequently more health.
I want to mix light weight Gym train with outdoor or indoor high intensity workout.
