Summer Lily Yoga
About
One on one, or in a small group of your choice, to create a more impactful - personal lead practice. A practice that you will be able to eventually do on your own to continue to grow and heal whatever needs to be done.
I enjoy my own personal practice as a way of life, as a way to cope, as a way to grow, and being able to share that with others is something that you cannot put a value on. It is invaluable and I am looking forward to spreading the knowledge to others in the community.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
When I first meet a student, I sit down and get to know them. I want to know what their needs are because the practice will be guided according to what they need. I want to know who they are as a person. Then I will lead a practice. That will look similarly to other yoga classes at studio's, the difference being a more personal touch. There will be more time to watch and learn specific poses created in a flow to fit the needs. Then when we are done, the student will be left to relax in their own home.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been practicing yoga for 10 years and recently completed the Yoga Teacher Training with the Lotus Seed School.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
I want to combine mentoring with a private practice, but either or is possable and negotiable depending upon the structure, frequency, duration, and location.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
When you are looking to hire a teacher, make sure that the two of you feel comfortable. You will be in the right place and you will benefit more.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
It is not necessary to get really personal when describing what you need from a teacher. Usually intuition is involved and the flow will follow.
