My name is Sophie Navarro. I recently graduated with my M.S. in Arts Management. I have been drawing and painting since I was 5 years old. I have art shows regularly and my style stands out on it's own. My specialty is fashion girls, comics, paintings, acrylic, brush pens and making art journals.
I enjoy the process when I paint, draw or doodle. I love using acrylic paints, watercolor, india ink, gouache, brush pens and love creating patterns. I am really into fashion, colors and creating new looks. I get inspired from music, other art, Pinterest and love making new designs.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I like to meet with student and parents first to meet, assess the needs of the student and find out what their goals are. It helps to get a sense of what we can work on together and make sure I know what sort of strategies I can come up with. I usually bring a sample of my art, discuss with the student what their goals are and see if I will be the right fit for the student.
