Whether you're a bride that wants to create a fun bridal jewelry making night, a company looking for a team building event, or someone looking to take your jewelry making skills to the next level, l can create a custom class just for you.
It's so rewarding for me to help people learn or build a new skill. I've been a professional jewelry designer since 2010. In that time I've had the fortune of designing jewelry that has been on NY Fashion week runways and featured on celebrities such as Priyanka Chopra. I love sharing my craft and have taught jewelry making and business classes for Brit + Co, Assembly Gather and Create and in my personal studio. I love sharing my craft and creating a custom experience for my students.

Classes and prices vary depending on subject matter, in person studio vs travel, class size, and medium. Contact me and we can create a budget for your needs.
How did you get started teaching?
I developed my first class online for Brit+Co in San Francisco and loved it so much that I wanted to continue to teach in-person events. I started working with Assembly Gather and Create which hosts night out events in Portland, OR and continue to teach for them as well as in studio.
What types of students have you worked with?
All levels from beginners who've never worked with jewelers tools, to beaders looking to up their skills, to beginning metalsmiths.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
My forged hoop earrings classes for Assembly Gather and Create are so fun! All levels learning to work with metal, hammer and create a pair of earrings they can wear out that night while making new friends is so rewarding and fun!
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Make sure the teachers' personality and learning style is the right fit for you. I tend towards a more fun, interactive, casual teaching style that teaches you technique but also lets you express yourself.
Others may need a more book formated regimented style. It's all about what's right for you.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
What type of experience do you want to have? What goals are you looking to achieve at the end of your class?
