· My ability to get the best out of my students is priceless. I motivate, I encourage, and bring a tone of energy in my training session that my student will not resist.
· I believe for a student to see any results it’s all depends on how willing and deliciated they are on bettering their selves every day on and off they field. You can get the best coach in the world to coach you, but you don’t have the desire, the drive, and refused to put in any effort there is nothing that coach can do about it. All I ask of my student is that if they want to see results it’s not about how great of a coach I am, but how a wonderful student they are that give me the ability to do my job.
· I do two free trial for my students.
I believe no one else is doing out there because I give my student the chance to get the taste and feel of what they will get from me if I get hire. My philosophy is that you can’t just married someone who you haven’t gone on a date with, first you must go on a date before you decide if this person is right for you. likewise, it’s the same thing in my business, I give 2 free trial session to my students and after, if they don’t think I am the right person for the job they have the right to say no, with no additional cost.
Two things I enjoy about helping others get better and grow doing what they love are first, been there to watch that magic happen right in front of me and secondly, I enjoy teaching the sport I love to play and seeing the smile on my students faces after they get big results working with me.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
When working with a prospect, the most important aspect of the entire process is building a rapport. At this point in time, students have potentially struggled with various topics, so the importance of instilling confidence in them before any tutoring begins is essential to their success. Nevertheless, prior to scheduling sessions, I like to meet with the student and/or parent(s). We work hand in hand to build their specialized plan of action. Students create a detailed description of their current situation and their desired results. Next, we come up with a set of goals and how to implement the plan of action appropriately in order to accomplish said results. This plan depends on the immediate needs of the student, but many plans include some sort of accommodation to pre and post-session communication in order to track progress.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Fresh out of a four-year university from Southern Oregon University in Ashland Oregon and with a tone of energy, passion, and with a burning desire to see the next generation succeed I am so persuaded that your child is save with me. During my years there I coach the Rogue Valley Timbers Youth Soccer Club U9-U12 and I went to SOU for two reason (1) I was recruited by soccer coach there to play for the school. (2) I went to get a bachelor’s degree in health and Physical Education which I went ahead and completed my degree. as a Health and Physical Education student you are require to take Kinesiology, Anatomy & Physical First Aid and CPR, Nutrition and more so I promised you are hiring someone who know more about the human body and more to help you get the best performance you need. as a Southern Oregon University player, we won three back to back title and I volunteer to coach soccer camps for my four year for U8 through high school and I also volunteer at the Boy's and Girl's Club. it’s very important that you hire a teacher who understand and know how to deal with children, and I am the right to come to I believe.

First 2 lessons are free trial for my students.I give them a chance if i am the right person to hire or not with no cost if i dont get hire. If i get hire we will talk price below.
50-80 per sesson once a week
40-70 per sesson twoce a week
30-60 per sesson three times per week
How did you get started teaching?
My goal is to be a guidance/influencer and help someone out there better their life by doing what they love and I believe to make a difference and influence people is through sports and teaching, that’s one of the reason why I got a Bachelor in Health and Physical Education. Most of the soccer coaches that coached me had impacted me in a positive and encouraging way that helped me graduate high school and college, likewise I hope that I can be able to do the same for someone through coaching soccer.

I have work with students from U8 up to U18
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Don't pick a teacher just because they have all these degrees and qualifications or just because they say nice things to convince you pick a teacher who is understanding, caring, and that look beyond just the money, and is willing to treat and teach you just like they would their own brother, sister, or daughter, or son. Because I tell you not all coaches are good at coaching.
