What I liked about working with Loul training was the attention to detail. Literally every drill was explained to the “T” and technique as well. Each drill was instructed as well as I’ve ever seen. He would always come ready and with an amazing attitude every day. These key components make for a great experience every time. I truly would recommend the Loul training to better you as an athlete as well as a better overall human being during the process!
