I am a professional cellist with a Master's degree in Music Performance and over 17 years of playing and 5 years of teaching experience. I truly love sharing my love of music with like-minded individuals and am here to provide a safe and comfortable learning environment for you.
I am in constant search of bringing a new perspective of practicing and performing to my students. I am a strong believer that every person is a unique individual with their own pace of learning and therefore should be approached as such. Unveiling that personal approach for each individual is what excites me the most as a teacher.

On the first lesson, my goal is to get to know you first. In order to create the best personalized plan for you, I need to first see what your comfort level is with cello, what brought you to playing the cello, what your goals are, if you have any previous experience, etc.
I received my Bachelor's degree from University of North Texas in May 2018, and my Master's degree in University of Texas El Paso in May 2020, where I was also a teaching assistant.
My typical rate is $45 for half an hour and $60 for an hour, but I am more than willing to be accomodating based on your needs.
As a professional musician, I always loved how many possibilities one can have in our career field. Lessons are an essential part of becoming a professional musician, so I always understood and admired the importance of the teachers in our lives. Now that I am one, I can say that teaching lessons is not only extremely fulfilling, but has also served as a valuable experience in my own professional journey.
I have mostly worked with students ranging from middle school to college. However, I have also worked with a few beginners ranging from 10 to 87 years old.
