What is your typical process for working with a new student?
First find out what you are looking to do in this sport. Second I will video tape you doing drills to show you what we need to work on. THIRD I Show you what I can do to help you work on fixing the problem or just make you better.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
College 4yr Degree in Psychology . I was collegiate D2 player, All State catcher , Work with a Hall a Fame Coaches, and trainer for speed and agility.

How did you get started teaching?
By word of mouth and other coaches passing my name around I have live in the area for 27yrs and I been around the game sense I was 5yrs old . when I started coaching when I was 12yrs old and its the love of the game that I want to share.
What types of students have you worked with?
Beginners and advanced Collegiate players
I coached travel teams plus my own team and I was Assist college coach for hitting , catching at chemeketa

Playing at ESPN World in Florida as a collegiate player
NOW Coaching girls and helping them get there dreams.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Look for someone who has Passion for the game in whatever their teaching. This game is hard you need someone who will stand by you to the end.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
Check there reviews and interview the teacher or coach but most importantly where do they want to go with the lessons and how far.
