What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Sessions last 3-4 hours depending on class size. Whether this is an initial certification or a refresher course, the curriculum is the same. Classes are offered during the week or on the weekend based on scheduling and preference of students. Babysitting certification classes are 5+ hours on a weekend day. All classes that are successfully completed earn the student a certification in first aid and CPR, valid for 2 years. Employer requiring certification? We are licensed and registered with all major first aid and cpr providers such as The American Red Cross, Medic, and The HSI, to name a few.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Former EMT with training and certification in basic and advanced first aid, CPR, AED usage, BLS, and anaphylaxis emergency response.
Also a Babysitter Certification provider.
