About
I have been teaching for over 20 years. We have several other teachers that help in all areas. I am active in the Graphic and Fine Arts. If you have the desire I can teach you. I know and understand most mediums and have alot of experience in:
Oils, Pastels, Watercolors, Acrylic, Pencil, Charcoal, Pen and Ink and Guache. I teach all ages from 8 up. I specialize in helping people understand art from a classical, yet enjoyable technique. I have a degree in Fine Art and Graphic Design and have continued my education my whole life.
My classes are serious business. I help teens build thier portfolios and get in to colleges. I travel to other locations as well upon agreement.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
We discuss thier needs and talk about a direction. Sometimes we start from the ground up and sometimes jump ahead. I access and we take it from there. I want them to be happy but learn at the same time. For young children, I try to keep it fun. One week for me one for them. Adults tend to want to dive in. So we work together to achieve their goals.
