What is your typical process for working with a new student?
We offer a free discovery session to get to know each other. Next is an initial consultation with full assessment and evaluation. From their you'll choose a session package, or schedule follow-ups based on what your health insurance allows. We are goal oriented and offer tools to help you implement healthier habits into your current lifestyle.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are Registered Dietitians with over 10 years experience, licensed in the state of Pennsylvania, and have earned several awards for our work. Please see our website for full information on each dietitian.
