I am very detail oriented and extremely sensitive to my students' needs and patterns of movement. Having more than 18 years of experience teaching Pilates and more than that having studied dance and other forms of movement techniques and body awareness has allowed me to develop a highly intuitive and observant eye that zeros in on my clients' needs. I enjoy helping people heal and feel stronger and more connected to their bodies and thus feel better about themselves.
