Hello, my name is Donald Williams Jr.
Im an Illustrator and Watercolor Instructor. One of my passions is help some students find peace , joy, courage and happiness through the wonderful medium of watercolor.
As an Instructor I enjoy sharing my secret techniques in a step by step fun and easy way.
I take pride in being a part of my students journey as they learn and develop to obtain their personal goals.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I start with my simple, fun and easy steps to learning brushes, paper , phrases and basic techniques.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Won Governors award in fine art, Scholarship in art at Montclair University and attended the Art Institute of Philadelphia.
Illustrated Children's Book by Silver Moon Press. Entitled " Conspiracy of The Secret Nine " & " Night Raiders Along the Cape"

Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
Each watercolor class is $20 for two hours.. The class runs live each week using the Zoom application generally on Thursdays at 6:30pm Est. The classes are 4-6weeks long pre paid using PayPal, Cash app or Venmo.
A Full course is available for purchase pre recorded for students the need flexibility..
How did you get started teaching?
I always had a passion to teach., I got started by accepting a position teaching art and Illustratorions at the local YMCA program in Bethlehem PA.
Some yeats later, I contacted by the Art Establishment Studuio in Fountain Hill PA . I was offered the opportunity to teach watercolor classes for thier students at thie facility.
What types of students have you worked with?
I have work with and continue to teach students of all backgrounds, and the ages usually ranging from 18-on up..
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
A student that had been in a horrible car accident .She shared a testimony with myself and the other students .She told us that the watercolor class was fun, exciting and it gave her back her peace, joy , happiness and courage..
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
To communicate effectively, ask questions and ensure that the medium and style is what the student is looking to learn .
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
Thier goals and what the want to take away from the class., and the areas thst they want to improve in.
