How did you get started teaching?
Starting coaching with my kids in Little League. To become NPA certified, I went through a process that included attending a coaching camp, working with a regional manager for several months, participation in weekly Zoom clinics with Tom House analyzing athlete's mechanics, showing proficiency in NPA training blocks and passing an NPA Coaching Exam with a 90% or higher. There is ongoing training and mentorship ensuring NPA Coaches are at the cutting edge of information and technology.
Further, as an ArmCare specialist, I am a baseball performance professional that deeply understands how to assess and monitor the throwing arm's strength and range of motion, and thinks critically in creating a throwing and training program to make customized adjustments to guide athletes in reaching their dreams.
