What is your typical process for working with a new student?

Before working out with a new student, we can talk about what he or she would like to work on beforehand, along with the goals in mind. The first workout will consist of basic level drills, depending on where the students skill level is. Once evaluated, I will deisgn more specific drills and workouts.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

In my 8 years of college coaching, one of my main roles on the coaching staff was development. Before and/or after practice, pre-season, post season, etc. I have been very forunate to coach some of the best small college players and talent in the area. At each of my coaching stops, we emphasized skill development.
