Learn to play the drums from an experienced professional. I have a degree in Jazz performance and over 25 years of teaching experience. I teach students of all ages and levels. Students can take lessons at my studio, online, or I can travel to there residents.
I love teaching music just as much as performing. Showing a student how fun it is to learn to play the drums is truly rewarding.

I’ve been getting drum lessons from Colby Wahl for almost a year and it has been great. I have had so much fun learning how to read and play music. I have learned so much in the past year, I have learned to play songs I love and so much more. Colby Wahl music has taught me so much and is by far the best drum and music teacher. What is your typical process for working with a new student?
First rule of lessons is to have fun! I meet the student where they are in their ability on the drums, discover their goals and then build from this fondation.
