I am a former college baseball utility guy/pitcher and current personal trainer! I played baseball growing up in the most competitive region of the United States (Philadelphia). I

trained with current and former major leaguers. Unfortunately, I was forced to end my dream at the stage due to a back injury. I underwent rehab and I am now ready to teach you!
