Teaching younger athletes is where I want to start my career. I have enjoyed especially working with youth baseball players focusing on the fundamentals of the game but also educating the players about the game and how it is played. Weightlifting is a passion of mine and I believe by introducing athletes to the techniques at an earlier age offers numerous health and performance benefits. Helping others reach an athletic or personal goal is what I intend on doing by applying both personal and practical experiences with scientifically backed training protocols to optimize the training based on each individual's goal.
Baseball playing experience: 16 years/collegiate experience/mentored by milt thompson (former mlb hitting coach) as a player and by bobby crosby (former mlb player and rookie of the year) as an instructor at BCBA/coached for 2 years and continuing
Baseball Hitting and Defensive instructor.
Education: bachelors in exercise science and master in exercise & nutrition science/trained D2 athletes at a nationally competitive university for baseball/basketball/lacrosse/soccer/softball/ USA-Weightlifting Sports Performance Coach/Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist in progress

The greatest satisfaction of my work is seeing others embrace the grind and reap the benefits of their hard work. To me, helping others has always been a way of life however when it comes to helping with sports performance, it makes it levels above the daily kind gestures or assistance. Hearing success stories from clients and seeing the enjoyment with each session alone is a great feeling. I set out on this path with my education and prior experiences to help youth athletes accomplish their goals because I simply love sharing my knowledge and enthusiasm for the training. Lastly, on a personal level, I really enjoy developing relationships that will hopefully last a lifetime making a positive impact on each individual.
