Division 1 Collegiate Level Baseball Instruction

Pete O'Hara has been on the Saint Joseph's University Baseball Staff for the past 3 years. Coach O'Hara serves as an the Assistant Hitting Coach, Baserunning Coach, and the squad's Outfield Coach as well. His main area of expertise is Hitting, and has additional experience working with all Defensive positions.

O’Hara enjoyed a standout career on the diamond at Delaware Valley, finishing his career second in program history with 200 hits, 154 runs scored, and 78 stolen bases, while ranking fourth with 32 doubles. After earning a pair of All-Conference honors as an outfielder, the Aggies’ three-year captain spent his senior season at shortstop, earning All-Conference and All-Region accolades there as well.

As a member of the football team, O’Hara helped DelVal to two Middle Atlantic Conference championships and a pair of NCAA Second Round appearances. He was named the Delaware Valley Male Scholar-Athlete of the Year in 2014 and was a three-time member of both the fall and spring academic honor rolls in the MAC.

Prior to coming to Hawk Hill, O’Hara spent the previous two seasons as an Assistant Baseball and Footballcoach at his alma mater. He began his coaching career at Arcadia in 2015.

He has over 7 Years of experience working with Youth through High School Baseball players in camps, clinics, and lessons. Coach O'Hara is in his 6th year of coaching collegiate baseball.
