25 + years of Player Development at the Youth, Collegiate and NBA level. Have 28 former players make it to the NBA and WNBA in the last 15 years. Coached several All Americans at the Collegiate level and coached in the NCAA Tournament.
I believe in using sports as a means to inspire, educate and guide an individuals growth, transformation and transition from the youth of today into the leaders of tomorrow.
