What is your typical process for working with a new student?

Start with a brief survey to learn clients wants and needs. Example: I will design a workout plan around shooting skills if the client main focus is to improve their shooting ability. But my goal is to improve clients all around skills set.

I also videotape some activities during workouts so clients can see what they need to improve by watching themselves.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have a master's degree in Sports Management and I attended several coaching clinics and Instructional camps to learn from other experienced coaches.  I also played middle & high school basketball, junior college & Division 2 basketball.
