Start with a brief survey to learn clients' wants and needs. Example: I will design a workout plan around shooting skills if the client's main focus is to improve their shooting ability. But my goal is to improve clients all around skills set.
I also videotape some activities during workouts so clients can see what they need to improve by watching themselves.
