Team Omowale Youth Basketball & Tutoring

Team Omowale is a youth tutoring and basketball club based out of Philadelphia, PA. Our mission is to teach young men valuable life skills through sports, camaraderie, and competition that will allow them to develop self-esteem and positive attitudes towards African cultures and traditions. Omowale is a Yoruba word that translates to “the child has come home” and as a member of Team Omowale your child will belong to a group of young men who will learn to be responsible leaders in their communities.

We currently offer tutoring services for pre-algebra, algebra 1, basic statistics, American history, African-American history, and social studies. Our team values the education of every scholar and will assist your child throughout their academic career.
