Quality Care Nursing Assistant Program

Quality Care Nursing is a Philadelphia, PA–based nurse aide training school offering an in-person, 6-week Nurse Aide (CNA) program with daytime and evening options. The curriculum combines classroom theory, lab/skills practice, and a required week of daytime clinicals, totaling approximately 102 hours, and prepares students for the Pennsylvania State Nurse Aide Competency Exam. The school also offers CPR, BLS, and AED certification and renewal, plus skills training to help students transition to CNA roles.

Students can enroll privately or through contract sponsorships with partnering long-term care facilities that may lead to employment. Quality Care Nursing also collaborates with local high schools and home care agencies to support workforce development. Tuition for the CNA program is $2,000, which includes $1,700 for tuition, $200 for books, uniform, and training equipment, and a $100 registration fee; flexible payment plans are available, with all fees due before the first day of class.

Admission requirements include a high school diploma or GED, government-issued photo ID, state criminal background check (CHRI), a physical exam with two-step PPD, and COVID-19 vaccination per program policy. Applicants who have not resided in Pennsylvania for the past two years must also complete an FBI background check.
