The Mobile CPR Project - Philadelphia
About
The Mobile CPR Project - Philadelphia provides mobile, hands-only CPR training across Philadelphia, PA, and Southeastern Pennsylvania. Founded in 2016, the program brings instruction directly to neighborhoods and organizations so more people are prepared to act during a cardiac emergency. Sessions focus on recognizing cardiac arrest, calling for help, and delivering effective hands-only chest compressions. Since 2016, the team has trained thousands of community members.
The initiative acknowledges support from Independence Blue Cross and the University of Pennsylvania. Survivor stories from the region highlight the impact of bystander CPR and encourage broader community readiness. Community groups and organizations can arrange on-site training at times and locations that fit their needs. Donations help fund ongoing training and outreach to expand access throughout the region.
