What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Introduction to baking from scratch cake, pies and biscuits. Coaches food groups healthy nutrition, organics and sprouting of beans. Teaches how to prepare Eastern dishes ie. Bak Lava and other delicacies.
Examines fibers, vitamins and nutrition of basic food groups.
Assessible by telephone after initial class offers assistance in baking turkey, brisket and other specialty foods.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Taught by Persians, American and East Indian women traditional food preparations. Learn from Grandmothers and other Elder women secrets used in the kitchen. Excellent at preparing omelets, Sorbets. Bread Puddings, Smoothies. Does not use or encourage microwave or frozen foods.

How did you get started teaching?
By preparing dinners each Wednesday evening in Atlanta during the mid 70's. Focus on how to flavor vegetarian meatless dishes.
