About
What separates us from the typical "driving school" is our M.E.T.A.L.!
Motivate - Encourage - Train - Advise - Lead
This is part of my other business - LM Bryant Consulting.
We don't "teach" you how to drive, we lead, advise, and train while encouraging you through motivating messages and tips to make you, the client, the best driver you can be while on the road - inspite of what others do!
I have professional driven for more than 20 years. The last 21 of those years has been in the livery industry. That's limo and party bus driving, so I'm used to driving larger vehicles and in a variety of conditions, including but not limited to weather related and/or heavy traffic.
Driving is the fun part of the process. The best part is helping others achieve their goals and become better at what they want to accomplish.
I'm a certified Life Coach, trainer, auditor, and instructor in a multiple of disciplines.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
As with any of our current clients, the process is simple - listen first and speak second. If you don't hear what the student is saying, then you can't properly lead or coach them to success.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a certified life coach, team / servant leader and trainer with demonstrated strengths managing small to medium groups, while supporting administrative and technical requirements. My background includes heavy written and verbal customer communications and interface.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
Very simple:
$25/hr
The determination for time frames is based on whether or not the student is comfortable with what they have been given.
How did you get started teaching?
I have been teaching since I was in the military. I hit basic training and was immediately identified as a candidate for squad leader. I took on the task of ensuring that the group I was responsible for knew their assignments and we all worked together to make it happen.
I have been in a "teaching" mode ever since. From that time, I have led groups/teams where ever I have had the pleasure of serving.
