What is your typical process for working with a new student?
First and Foremost, we would go through a thorough evaluation with regards to the clarifying & verifying the student's perceptions about the " current status " as to where she/he is at with reference to the " stage or level " of training and also about our compatibility as a student-instructor team.
Thereafter, a game-plan, to be finalized, and, implemented upon.
Continuous, and, consistent, observation & self-evaluation of the progress is recorded.
The Golden Rule of the 4 R's followed to the last letter.
R = Replay
R = Reconstruct
R= Reflect
R= Redirect
This builds the foundation of learning as a team effort.

I have the following current qualifications/certifications from the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA):

For Flight Training the pricing is customized and compatible to the level of flight training sought and the airplane that would be used for this process.
How did you get started teaching?
My love for the industry made it impossible to do anything else besides spending time around the locations at the earliest available opportunity.

The 75th Anniversary Celebrations at Queen City Airport located in the suburbs of Lehigh Valley Allentown International Airport in Pennsylvania.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Take sufficient time to do your research about compatibility with your Instructor.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
A thorough analysis of their own doubts or fears or apprehensions that they feel could inhibit or come in the way of the training.
