    First and Foremost, we would go through a thorough evaluation with regards to the clarifying & verifying the student's perceptions about the " current status " as to where she/he is at with reference to the " stage or level " of training and also about our compatibility as a student-instructor team.

    Thereafter, a game-plan, to be finalized, and, implemented upon.

    Continuous, and, consistent, observation & self-evaluation of the progress is recorded.

    The Golden Rule of the 4 R's followed to the last letter.
