I have always had a drive for self-defense and martial arts since I was young. I've trained in Chinese Kung Fu and other martial arts for many years. I work to help others balance their minds through movement, low impact sparring, grappling, exercise and meditation. I've been certified in sports nutrition, personal fitness training and close to 15 years in martial arts. I love my work and passionate to work with all who are willing to learn.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?

Depending on the age. An evaluation of goals and background history.


What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

20 years of martial arts and studies in health nutrition.


Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.

$100 for 1hr single personal session. $200  for a 2hr seminar.


How did you get started teaching?

I believe their is an inherent talent in all of us to develop and share what we know. I've been punching,kicking and meditating since I been a kid .I believe it's only natural to grow and share what I know.


What types of students have you worked with?

All types, disabilities included. Men,women and kids. I don't discriminate.
