I have always had a drive for self-defense and martial arts since I was young. I've trained in Chinese Kung Fu and other martial arts for many years. I work to help others balance their minds through movement, low impact sparring, grappling, exercise and meditation. I've been certified in sports nutrition, personal fitness training and close to 15 years in martial arts. I love my work and passionate to work with all who are willing to learn.
