About
Having played lacrosse at a high level in college my program is designed to empower young athletes to be the best versions of themselves by improving their physical speed, strength, mental and emotional athleticism, leadership qualities, and the power of belief in themselves. My program is built to develop lacrosse IQ, body control, linear speed and explosiveness, proper mechanics and technique. I strongly believe in the philosophy that " ...You need to be willing to stand out in the crowd and consistently take exceptional action..."
What I enjoy most is watching an atheletes progression week to week. While yes coaches play a major role in athletes progression, ultimately it is up to the athelete and their level of involvement and dedication. Working with students that are eager to learn and put in the time on and off the field and witnessing as they progress from their effort and hard work is why I have continued coaching for so long.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
We start with a skills, strength and conditioning test to measure their baseline of abilities and from those results I create a training regiment best suited for each individual to maximize thier potential.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have played at the Middle school, High School, Club and College level (D1 and D3) as well as coached middle school and high school for 5+ years.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
I decide pricing based on what level of involvement each student requires and the length of each session.
How did you get started teaching?
I started coaching during my senior project while attending Friends Central School. For my service portion of my project I volunteered as an assistant coach for our middle school program and volunteered for an inner city team Warhorse Lacrosse club for ages 6-10.
What types of students have you worked with?
elementary school students all the way up to college athletes.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?

2. What am I (the student) looking to get out of these sessions.
