I love getting to know you and what you enjoy doing and using that to inspire what I will plan to teach you new creative skills. I specialize in working with people who have no experience and helping them get to a place where they feel confident and excited to experiment and play while learning how to make art they feel proud of!

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I want to know what gets you excited and use that info to design a fun series of work for you to learn new skills and experiment with art materials. I will also introduce you to really amazing artists doing things that will inspire you!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a masters degree from the University of Michigan. I taught there for 3 years during grad school and also did an art residency in Japan and studied under famous artist Kohei Nawa.
