Main Line Art Center is our community’s home to create, experience, and discover the value of visual art. From our award-winning visual art classes, to our contemporary and innovative exhibitions, you can count on quality and expect the unexpected at Main Line Art Center. The art we exhibit, teach, and share is intended to exceed expectations as it inspires creativity, conversation, and joy.

Throughout the year, Main Line Art Center presents forward-thinking, contemporary art exhibitions in our award-winning galleries that celebrate our community of artists and feature emerging and established artists whose work serves as a source of inspiration and intellectual dialogue. Committed to increasing the visibility and accessibility of art in the greater Philadelphia area, Main Line Art Center also presents exhibitions in community venues and contributes to community events and festivals.

Our award-winning educational offerings for all ages, levels, and abilities span from traditional to contemporary, and are all held to the highest level of excellence. Our life-transforming Accessible Art Programs for children and adults with disabilities, now in their 51st year, have positioned us as a resource for organizations across the country. The Art Center also grants over $12,000 in need-based scholarships and tuition assistance annually so that children, adults, seniors, and veterans can participate in our offerings regardless of their financial situation.

Last year we inspired 16,000 people at Main Line Art Center and touched the lives of over 80,000 through our Exhibitions in the Community and festivals across the Philadelphia area.
