About
I have 31 years of experience playing trumpet and I received a Bachelor’s degree in Music Performance at Temple University. Teaching has always been a passion of mine. Passing down lessons and experience to my students has been very fulfilling. The opportunity to learn the language of music is such a great gift with many benefits beyond creativity. My passion is to give this opportunity to aspiring musicians. My goal is to guide each student according to their individual needs to reach their goals. I teach all range of ages and levels of competency.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
While studying under Terell Stafford at Temple University, I was afforded the opportunity to perform alongside Jon Faddis with the Big Band at the Midwest Clinic in Chicago. During my years at Temple, I was awarded the David M. Katz Memorial Scholarship for being an outstanding student. By the end of college, I toured worldwide travelling to 19 countries with Melody Gardot, recorded at Abbey Road, recorded on a Grammy nominated album, and performed at a number of jazz festivals around the world.
