I love working one on one with people. Getting to know people with their skills and their strengths, along with their weaknesses, and then working to develop the proper plan to address what we see and feel. I love seeing progress, and teaching the progressions that go along with every exercise or drill, to make the challenge appropriate and progress continuous.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I like to speak on the phone before the first session, find out the needs and wants, any limitations, goals, etc.
The first 10-15 minutes of the first session will be a good warm up and assessment of both strength/fitness and soccer abilities. This will give everyone involved an accurate understanding of where we are, and what needs to happen. From there.... we train. Building in the progressions as improvements come.
