What is your typical process for working with a new student?

The process is rather simple. I start with a complimentary conversation. During this conversation we talk about your goals and objectives and I share a bit about my methodology.

We then set up a schedule and begin the next scheduled date.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Award winning, professional speaker with speech and acting training.

Over 35 years as a member of corproate America; certified PMP, HDM, ACG, AL, ITIL v3

Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.

Pricing is based on serveral items, including but not limited to length of lessson, number of lessons, travel distance and time of day

How did you get started teaching?

I stareted mentoring people at work and it was suggested that, becuase I was so good at it and the people I was mentoring so successful, that I do this as a full time job. Although Verho Communications has been in business just 5 years I have been training people for over 30.

What types of students have you worked with?

I have worked with students ranging from middle school age to retirement age; skill sets from novice to professional speakers. I have worked with students from all over the world (Russia, China, Vietnam, Germany, France, England, Canada, the US, to name a few).

What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?

You have to feel good that the instructor has your best interests at heart. You have to be able to feel comfortable with them, and they with you. You are creating a relationship that will require trust and confidence. Like every realationship you must feel good about it for it to be successful.

What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?

Why are you looking into training?
What are your goals?
How will you measure your success?
Are you really willing to out for the effort?
Are you prepare to trust that you can do things better?
