The reality is that there are a lot of coaches. They all follow the same pattern. Tom doesn't. He takes the falsehoods, the pretense and the fear out of public speaking by breaking speking into the digestable bits that encourage success.
You already have a great base of communcition skills and a style uniue to yourself. Instead of being like other coaches and changing that, Tom celebrates that to make you the best you possible.
No one else has your voice or your message, so why be treated like one of the many when you are the only you?

"Watching people grow their voice, fine tune their message and master their own unuieness amazes me. I have worked with clients that didn't see their strengths, only focused on their negatives and when they relaxed, accepted their strengths and leveraged them to overcome their challenges, the end result is alwasys worth celebrating"
