What is your typical process for working with a new student?
We will begin with questions around injury, and experience. We will also have various props available during your practice. Our practice will work with the same postures which benefit your body most.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a yoga certified trainer, I also practice Ashtanga yoga with my teacher for the last 5 years 6 days a week.
