I enjoy working with athletes who want to get better at their craft. I also enjoy parents who are motivating the child in a possitive manner. I love seeing the prgogress of the athlete and enjoy their success more then they do.

Eric was a cool dude. Said he had 15 years experience and it showed. Instantly my nephew started hitting better with eric instructing. Weve only had one practice at an hour and it transitioned to my nephews game already. Looking forward to see if hell be able to help him more.

What i liked about Coach. Montero was that he has great knowledge of the game of baseball and hitting. He is a college baseball player with many years of experience and he knows exactly what coaches look for and like for their baseball players. He is a very motivated coach with high energy which made my son have an extremely great time working with Coach Montero. I HIGHLY recommended him to work with your son or daughter. I will be back.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?

When working with a student i will start off by analyzing the athlete. Making a connection with the athlete as well. Once i have seen the athlete display his raw talents i then will make adjustments to reach their full potential.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I Have 15+ years of experience as a baseball player. Im also a Divsion 1 baseball player who played in the season 2014. Also, Im all confrece player. Who currtenly starts third base, fourth batter for Point Park University.

How did you get started teaching?

Trained athletes with a partnet in my hometown of Miami Florida. Tek Matic. I also immply his teaching into my own lessons.

I have worked with ages 8-18 years old.

All Confrence Team. Being a memeber of the #14 ranked team in the nation at the NAIA collegiate level.

What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?

A coach who is as passionate and hardworking as the athlete.

What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?

A teacher who really knows their craft. A teacher who knows how to explain at the level of the athlete. Also, a teacher who cares.
