Get Results In Training. As a former athlete that has an award named after him at his high school for his excellence in teamwork, dedication, work ethic, etc. I still find myself feeling regretful for taking my athletic career for granted. I’ve coached basketball for the last 7 years, and have done individual as well as group training briefly. My passion is making kids better both on and off the court and using my experiences, or lack there of to give them guidance on maximizing their athletic career.
